Refresh Hair Studio is a private, high-end space built on professional excellence and zero-BS honesty. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years and started working for myself four years ago. My lead stylist, Cayla, joined me two years ago and is killing it—now we are ready for a third person to join our fast-growing, intimate team.
We are a no-bullshit team. We believe in being 100% transparent in our work, our techniques, and our conversations. Our clients love the "no filter" atmosphere of our studio—they know they are getting the truth about their hair goals.

We aren't looking for a "finished product" or a massive Instagram following. We are looking for a forever student who has the heart and the drive to become a top-tier stylist. If you have the license and the confidence to try, we are here to help you learn, grow, and build your own success story!
The Onboarding: You’ll hang out with us, assist, and learn our specific systems for a few weeks.
The Tools: We work primarily with Megix 10 color and use a rotation of Joico, Schwarzkopf, and Wella lighteners.
The Training: You'll learn as we go as this industry is constantly changing you’ll build confidence in communication and color theory.
The Schedule: This starts as Part-Time with a clear path to Full-Time as you build your book. We only come in when we have clients—no "floor time" just for the sake of it.
Collaboration: Cayla and I are constantly learning and bouncing ideas off each other. You’ll be part of that brainstorm.
